2. Using the website
You may use this website to find out about us and our work, and to get in touch. You must not:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
- try to gain access to any part of the website, its server or its data that you are not authorised to reach;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or try to interfere with how the website works;
- send us anything through the website that is unlawful, offensive or not yours to send.
We may restrict access to the website if these terms are broken.
3. The information on the website
The information on this website describes our work and our services in general terms. It is not an offer, a quotation or advice for your particular project. A guide price or quotation from us applies only once we have given it to you in writing, and any work we carry out for you is covered by what we agree with you at that time, not by these terms.
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that everything on it is complete or current at all times.
4. Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Sew & Sew Interiors or are used with permission. The photographs of rooms and furnishings show our own work. You may view the website and share links to it, but you must not copy, reuse or republish our content without our written permission.
Fabric, hardware and other brand names mentioned on this website belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean that we are endorsed by, or an official stockist of, any of them.
5. What you send us
If you send us photos, plans or other information through the website, you confirm that you are entitled to send it to us. You allow us to use it only to reply to your enquiry and to help with your project. We will never publish anything you send us, on this website or anywhere else, without asking you first. Our Privacy policy explains how we look after it.
6. Other websites
This website links to other websites, such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your information.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
If you are using the website as a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. The website is provided for your private use, and we are not responsible for any business loss.
If you are using the website for a business, we are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business or business opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and the version on the website when you use it is the one that applies.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
